The Rest of our San Antonio Fun

It was pretty darn cold most of our time in San Antonio, so we spent a lot of time inside just relaxing and playing with new Christmas toys. There was plenty of yummy food to eat and also a lot of football to be watched, which meant more time with the kids for me :-) because I like football about as much as they do, and that is not a lot. We really enjoyed watching Dustin and Mac play around. They are at such fun ages and very entertaining :-). All the adults were able to go to a movie on Friday (at the Alamo of course!) while Chloe and her friend babysat all the littles...and there is a lot of them! On Saturday it had finally warmed up a bit so while Mike golfed with his dad and the rest of the girls hit the mall, the kids and I headed to a cute little old part of town. We found some gems in the cute antique shops and then headed to the playground. Sunday, the 29th, we were able to all go to church together and be there when Oakley was blessed. I'm so glad we have been able to be a part of these special Sundays for all our nieces and nephews so far. We didn't get a group picture, but it's always nice to have the whole family all together! It was another nice visit with all the Freeman crew and was over before we knew it! I'm so thankful we live close enough to spend time with both sides of the family during the holidays and create these fun memories for the kids!
